Personal File: What is with Car and Driver right now? They just can't catch a break. On the heels of the fiasco with the photoshoped BMW X6 , I just read about the controversy stirred up over at Car & Driver. It revolves around theft and usage of Jon Sibal's digital artwork by one of their artists for a large article done in the May edition.
I am shocked. There is so much skill, time and love put into renderings. For one artist to take from another without giving credit is just plain wrong.
I'm very impressed with C&D's response. I'll be following this story to see if Jon gets compensated!
